Some of the children we sponsor finish primary and secondary school and want to become nurses, teachers, or mechanics. We want to help them, but university and vocational training cost more than we can afford alone. Your gift can make the difference.

Your donation goes into our account, then directly to the school to pay for tuition, books, tools, and living expenses. You will receive a letter from the student and a photo.

“I never thought I could become a teacher. My sponsor believed in me. Now I am in my final year. I will teach in my own village.” – Grace, university student

Your support turns a struggling child into a self‑reliant adult who will give back to the community.

How you can help

You may sponsor a student fully or partially. If you give a partial amount, we combine your gift with others to meet the full need. You will receive regular updates – a letter and a photo once a term.

  • University degrees (teaching, nursing, social work, etc.)
  • Vocational training (plumbing, electrical, tailoring, etc.)
  • Fees paid directly to the school
  • You receive a thank‑you letter and graduation photo

OKWAGALA For Children began in 2024. We are still small, still growing. We are not yet registered, but we are working on it. Every sponsor is part of our family. If you wish to visit your sponsored child, let us know – we will do our best to arrange it.
